Nebo Mycro Torch

The NEBO Mycro is a super compact and rechargeable key ring torch that can easily be carried on you keys and you'll barely notice it's there as it weighs only 58 grams and measures 4.4 centimetres. It is available in a choice of three colours of either black, red or silver.

The high power LED outputs an intensely bright beam of 400 lumens on the momentary turbo output, which is designed as a boost setting, allowing 30 seconds output at a time in order to prevent the temperature of the torch becoming too high and thus protecting the LED. The high output is a constant setting of 150 lumens that lasts for 1 hour and the Mycro also has mid, low, green and red outputs.

The built-in battery is charged via the micro USB port which is located on the front of the light next to the LED. The supplied cable is plugged into the micro USB port and then connected to a standard USB port or USB adaptor. The charging indicator light turns red while charging is in progress and turns green once charging is complete in 2 hours.

The Mycro has two buttons for operation; the top turbo button with an N and the bottom primary button. The turbo button accesses the turbo mode which is a momentary mode that requires the button to be held down and once the button is released or the 30 second time period is over it will go back to the previous mode. The primary button controls all other outputs and each press from off will cycle through high, mid, low, green and red. If the light is left on in any setting for longer than 8 seconds the next press will turn the light off rather than continuing to cycle through the modes and the memory recall function will be activated, remembering the last output used next time you turn the light on.

Red light helps preserve night vision and because of this the Mycro offers a direct to red function by holding down the button for 2 seconds from off. The light will turn on in the red setting and each press after that will cycles through the modes backwards, which is also useful if you want to get to the low white light without cycling through the brighter modes first and you haven't previously used that setting and activated the memory recall.

The Mycro has multiple carrying options using the attached split ring. A small carabiner clip comes attached to the light, but you also get a wrist lanyard and a neck lanyard that can be attached to the Mycro. A small black pull string pouch is included for storing and transporting the Mycro and accessories.
